A full common-property repaint for a strata block in Mosman. Inside the common areas we prepared and repainted the walls, ceilings, unit doors and door frames; outside we repainted the balcony railings, balcony fascias and the soffits underneath them, along with the external doors to the common areas. The old green scheme was taken back to a charcoal and white palette that suits the red brick. Common-area walls are in Dulux Wash&Wear Natural White, doors and frames in Dulux Aquanamel Semi Gloss, ceilings in Dulux Ceiling White flat, the balcony railings in Dulux Metalshield and the balcony fascias and soffits in Dulux Weathershield, both in Monument.
The concrete was the other half of the job. The driveway, car park, front path and side paths were pressure washed back to clean aggregate, the car park floor was coated, and the numbered car spaces were line marked so every resident's bay is clear again. The balcony floors were finished in Norglass paving paint with a texture coat. Work was sequenced so residents kept access to their doors and their parking throughout.

Two of them: the common-area entry and balconies out of the old green scheme, and the driveway pressure washed back to clean aggregate.
