About this project
End of lease commercial repaint and epoxy flooring for a large warehouse in Northmead. The site was left in a heavily worn condition — walls required full preparation, filling and two-coat repainting in a two-tone white and grey finish. The concrete floor throughout was then coated with a full epoxy system, transforming the space into a clean, professional and compliant tenancy ready for handback.
All works were completed on time and to a high commercial standard — walls, dado, office partition areas, roller doors and the full warehouse floor were all included in the scope.
